Green Dancong or Chou Shi Dancong Oolong tea, made of Duchshit/ Yashi xiang tea bush from Wudong mountain, is an exciting and extremely fragrant tea, is famous for its vivid green tea color, impressive fragrance and long-lasting, round, creamy flavour. The tea is reminiscent of the flavor and aroma of semiball-rolled style green oolong from Anxi and Taiwan, but the underlying flavor, the size of the leaf, and the richness of the tea liquor in the cup, as well as the overall style is still identifiable as dan cong.

Due to the special drying process that involves both heating and cooling, the leaves can keep their original fragrance: orchid, lily, and lilac. When brewed, the leaves reveal their oolong characteristics during infusion and turn definitively green in the center and red-brown on the edges, resulting in a clear orange-brown hue in the cup and a dark roasted taste, accompanied by the scent of fresh green grass. The aftertaste is mild and buttery with some refreshing, vivid buzz.
